We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. During busy periods (such as seasonal promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to keep you informed.

Delivery Issues
Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise this right:

You must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days.
Exclusions from Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Customised or personalised items
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your legal rights, and return postage costs will be covered by us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account after processing.
